We believe in hard work, wise decisions, and quality time with folks we love.

After working for several decades in multiple industries, our founder recognized that many people work all of their lives and never get to experience much of what this world has to offer. He was convinced there must be some other way. That is why Timothy Harris started Kingfisher Holdings.

After following the standard path to the American Dream, Timothy quickly became disillusioned. Working hard and contributing to a 401K was not enough. He recognized that he would need a higher rate of equity growth if he was to achieve the goals he had set for himself and his family. He began researching different business opportunities and finally settled on residential real estate investment. Timothy purchased our first property in 2004. We purchased a home in need of major repair and lived in it while completely renovating the property for resale. It was a learning process. We have learned so much since then, and truly, we will always be learning, growing, and adapting to the changing market trends.

Since that first little flip, we have purchased and managed multiple properties in several states. We are amazed at how God has provided such that now we have a portfolio of properties even while earning very little in our 'day job'. This strategy allows us to pursue our passion of serving others, while not sacrficing our financial security and future plans.
